Sequatchie County Coordinated School Health partnered with the Tennessee Department of Health and Kat Volzer with White Oak Bicycle Cooperation to host the first ever Bike Rodeo at Griffith Elementary School for second graders. This event taught students the importance of bike safety and helped them reach their first stages of riding a bicycle or gave tips to improve their bike riding knowledge. Coordinated School Health provided bike helmets to every second grade student that participated in the event.
