• Sequatchie County Schools Coordinated School Health provided games and other items to the Sequatchie County High School to offer students and teachers to use during class time and during Power Hour. This idea is to give students the opportunity to remove themselves from their computers and phones and to communicate with each other through games, conversations and other activities.

  • Sequatchie County Coordinated School Health partnered with Tennessee Department of Health and Kat Volzer with White Oak Bicycle Coop. to host the first ever Bike Rodeo at Griffith Elementary School for second graders. This event taught students the importance of bike safety and helped them reach their first stages of riding a bicycle or gave tips to improve their bike riding knowledge. Coordinated School Health provided bike helmets to every second grade student that participated in the event.
