Mrs. Akin teaches Ag Science including AgriScience, Small & Large Animal, Vet Science and Greenhouse Managment.  Mrs. Akin is also one of the FFA Advisors.

Mrs. Akin is a graduate of both Chattanooga State College and Western Governors University.  She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Science (7-12), Biology.  Mrs. Akin also holds endorsements in Work Based Learning and Agricultural Science.

Mrs. Akin has lived in the Daus Community for the past 12 years where she and her family raise beef cattle.
