Rhonda Hamblen is a 1981 graduate of Sequatchie County High School. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated with a B.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education in 1985. In 1996, she completed her Librarian Endorsement for grades K-12.

Rhonda has been teaching for thirty-four years. She is currently the SCHS Librarian. Before transferring to SCHS, she began her career teaching kindergarten and later became the librarian at Griffith Elementary School.

Rhonda lives in Dunlap with her husband, Monty, and has two children, Emalee and Jackson.
