I am excited about starting my 31st year in education and my fifth year at Sequatchie County High School.  This year I will be teaching US Government and Civics.  Both are 9 week classes in length.  I look forward to exploring these important courses during a time in which so much is happening in our country.

I received my Associate Degree from Hiawassee College in Madisonville, Tennessee.  From there I attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and received my Bachelors Degree. In 1993, I completed a Masters Degree from Trevecca University in Nashville.
