Statewide Reporting Option (SafeTN)
SafeTN is a resource provided by the Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security. Reports submitted through SafeTN are reviewed and forwarded to law enforcement, mental health crisis response teams, and/or school administrators as appropriate.
